Dr. G. Ryan Dominguez is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with nearly two decades of experience caring for patients in the La Jolla community. He is dedicated to improving long-term health through preventive medicine, personalized treatment plans, and a whole-person approach to care.
His areas of clinical expertise include bioidentical hormone therapy, sleep disorders, weight management, preventive medicine, chronic illness management, and patient wellness education.

Outside the Clinic
A native of Claremont, California, Dr. Dominguez enjoys an active lifestyle and spends much of his free time outdoors. Trail running is his current passion, and he’s completed ambitious group challenges such as running across the Grand Canyon. He has also participated in long-distance trail events, including a 50K in Big Bear.
He has been married for 23 years and loves spending time with his wife and visiting their daughter at Lewis & Clark College in Portland.
